EMDHR, in collaboration with students of the Center for Human Rights of the University of Pretoria, developed a flier, titled "Africa is Silent" and distributed 75 copies of it during the 43rd Session of the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights (ACHPR) that was held during 7-15 May 2008 in Swaziland. The flier, enclosed with the report presented by the Center, was also formally being submitted to the Commission. Consequently, Eritrea's case got registered, once again.
